TEXARKANA, Ark. — Texarkana Arkansas School District proudly congratulates Mrs. Monica McLelland on being named one of the Top 15 Finalists for the 2027 Arkansas Teacher of the Year by the Arkansas Department of Education. Mrs. McLelland will be recognized during a special ceremony at the Governor's Mansion in Little Rock on Thursday, August 6, where the 2027 Arkansas Teacher of the Year semifinalists will also be announced.
